We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy to make your shopping experience worry-free.
For 'Collection only' items - These will need to be returned to the store by hand in their original condition.

How to Initiate a Return:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
1. Email us: Send an email to info@prestigegardenstudio.lt
2. Provide Information: Please provide the following information in your request:
• Your Order Number
• The Item(s) you wish to return
• Reason for Return
3. Pack and Ship:
Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories and tags.
Ship the package to Prestige Garden Studio, Nevėžio g. 84, Vyčiai, Panevezys, Lithuania

Return Guidelines:
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases of damaged or defective items.
- Refund Process: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@prestigegardenstudio.lt.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
- Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on printed or digital gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
