How much is Delivery?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and prices can vary depending on size & quantity of the items that have been ordered.
Delivery is made with Omniva courier service.
What delivery partner do you use?
We use Omniva delivery partner and we offer the following services:
- Omniva Parcel Locker*
- Omniva Courier (Door to Door service)
* 'Omniva Parcel Locker' is subject to item size. If item size exceeds maximum size limit only 'Omniva Courier' service will be offered.
How do I select my Omniva Parcel Locker location?
If you have selected the 'Omniva Parcel Locker' service for delivery of your order you will be able to select your preferred Omniva locker location after the checkout procedure.
When will I receive my order?
Once your order has been placed we aim to get your order to you within 1-3 working days.
Need it sooner? We can arrange your order to be delivered by Courier.(Extra charges will apply)
Don't forget you can choose at checkout to 'Pick up' your order from our shop located in Panevezys

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is ready to collect. (Typically orders are ready within 24 hours)
Do you offer Gift Wrapping?
We offer gift wrapping on most products. Look out for the 'Gift wrap this product?' tick box option on products that offer gift wrapping.
For some items which are too large or fragile to gift wrap and deliver we offer the gift wrapping in store. Contact us to find out more info.
Do you offer Greetings Cards?
Certainly. Explore our Greeting Cards Collection, offering the convenience to have your message professionally written by us or choose to leave it blank for your own personal touch.

Returns, Damaged Items & Exchanges
How do I return an online ordered item?
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy to make your shopping experience worry-free.

How to Initiate a Return:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

2. Provide Information: Please provide the following information in your request:

3. Pack and Ship:
Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories and tags. Ship the package to Prestige Garden Studio, NevΔΕΎio g. 84, VyΔiai, PanevΔΕΎys, Lithuania

Return Guidelines:
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases of damaged or defective items.
- Refund Process: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
how do i return a 'collection only' ordered item?

What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Can i exchange an item that I ordered?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the unwanted item following our refund policy and place a new order for the desired item.
Can I cancel my order after it's been placed?
If your order has not yet been dispatched (& not gift wrapped if this option has been selected) we will happily cancel your order and offer you a full refund. Please contact us with your order number.

Niwaki Trees
Can I Collect a niwaki tree myself?
Yes. Customers can pick up the trees themselves.
Please consider the following:
- Niwaki trees can weigh up to 280kg so adequate transport need to be arranged.
- When transporting the tree, you will have to protect it from the wind, which means you can't simply transport the tree in a trailer.
- The tree needs to have a tent placed over to protect during transport.
- If there is the intention to pick up the tree please inform us at least two days before the pick up to prepare the tree.
Do you deliver Niwaki trees?
Yes, we can deliver a tree to you using our special Niwaki tree transport trailer. (Extra charges will apply)
Do you provide tree planting service?
Yes, we do. We can take care of all the planting of your Niwaki tree. (Extra charges will apply).
Are Niwaki Trees suitable for Lithuanian & Baltic countries climate?
Absolutely. Niwaki trees are well-suited for the climates typically encountered in Lithuania and the Baltic regions. They are evergreen and carefully cultivated to flourish in these specific environmental conditions.

Events & Workshops
Are all materials and Tools supplied?
Yes. We will supply all the tools and materials required for the workshop, allowing you to fully immerse yourself and enjoy the experience.
How long are the workshops?
The duration of workshops can differ depending on the specific workshop. It is recommended to check the duration times for each workshop separately.
How many people are in each workshop?
Our workshops generally have a capacity of six people.
How do I book a workshop?
You can book by going to the specific workshop you wish to attend and clicking on the 'Book Your Time' button and selecting the workshop date and time.
You will then be asked to enter the details of the person attending the workshop.
Once all details are entered you will receive an email notification confirming your slot.
Can I cancel or reschedule a Workshop?
Once you book an appointment, a confirmation email is sent for the booking. You can then reschedule or cancel an appointment through the link at the bottom of the email.
Once you click the link, the page will be redirected to a page where you can reschedule from the time slots available or even cancel the appointment.
Upon rescheduling or cancellation, you will receive an update through email.
