ORDER PROCESSING:

Once your order has been placed we aim to get your order to you within 1-3 working days. Expect an email within 3 days to let you know your order is on the way!

Orders can be picked up on certain days and specific opening times.

Monday - Closed

Tuesday - 09:00 - 18:00

Wednesday - 09:00 - 18:00

Thursday - 09:00 - 18:00

Friday - 09:00 - 18:00

Saturday - 09:00 - 16:00

Sunday - Closed

An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.


​​DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and prices can vary depending on size & quantity of the items that have been ordered.

We use Omniva delivery partner and we offer the following services:

  • Omniva Parcel Locker*
  • Omniva Courier (Door to Door service)

* 'Omniva Parcel Locker' is subject to item size. If item size exceeds maximum size limit only 'Omniva Courier' service will be offered.

If you have selected the 'Omniva Parcel Locker' service for delivery of your order you will be able to select your preferred Omniva locker location after the checkout procedure.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

At this time, we do not ship to any countries outside of Lithuania.


REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy to make your shopping experience worry-free. 


How to Initiate a Return:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

  1. Email us: Send an email to info@prestigegardenstudio.lt
  2. Provide Information: Please provide the following information in your request:
  • Your Order Number
  • The Item/Items you wish to return
  • Reason for Return
  1. Pack and Ship:

Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories and tags. Ship the package to Prestige Garden Studio, Nevėžio g. 84, Vyčiai, Panevezys, Lithuania

Return Guidelines:

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases of damaged or defective items.
  • Refund Process: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

For 'Collection only' items - These will need to be returned to the store by hand in their original condition.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the unwanted item following our refund policy and place a new order for the desired item.
